FFU (FAN FILTER UNIT) is an abbreviation of “Fan Filter Unit”, which is a terminal air purification device that combines a fan and a filter to form a self-powered terminal air purification device. The upper part of FFU is a fan module, and the lower part is a filter. According to the cleanliness requirements, the filter can be a high-efficiency (HEPA) or ultra-high-efficiency (ULPA) filter of different grades to provide clean air for the clean room. In addition to overcoming the resistance of the high-efficiency filter at the bottom of FFU, the fan module must also overcome the resistance of all channel components of the entire circulating air to maintain the set operating wind speed. FFU has entered the market segment and is used in high-precision automation equipment. It is also called EFU (Equipment Fan Filter Unit)
