Cleanroom Booth
Cleanroom Booth
The clean booth is constructed with a stainless steel or powder-coated iron square tube frame, using a FFU (Fan Filter Unit) system for airflow.
Its enclosure consists of anti-static curtains or acrylic panels on the sides, with a cold plate or stainless steel panel on the top, creating a relatively sealed space.
It provides Class 100 to 300,000 cleanliness levels and is particularly suitable for areas requiring localized high-level purification, such as production lines and high-precision product assembly zones.
Features : |
1. Modular design, easy to install, significantly reducing delivery time. |
2. Portable and flexible, suitable for creating small clean zones. |
3. Modular structure, easy to upgrade cleanliness levels, scalable, and highly reusable. |
4. Compared to ultra-clean workbenches, it offers more usable internal space; compared to traditional cleanrooms, it is cost-effective, quick to install, and has no height restrictions. |
Standard Clean Booth Configuration: |
Frame: Made of stainless steel or powder-coated iron square tubes, stable, aesthetic, rust-free, and dust-free. |
Anti-static curtains: Provide excellent anti-static performance, high transparency, clear separation, good flexibility, no deformation, and aging resistance. |
Dust-proof purification panels: Used for enclosed structures. |
Clean hood: Made of cold-rolled steel with electrostatic spraying. |
Lighting: Uses cleanroom-specific purification lights, which are dust-free. |
Fan Filter Unit (FFU): Equipped with a low-noise, high-efficiency fan, featuring long lifespan, low noise, maintenance-free operation, low vibration, and adjustable speed. |
HEPA filter: Installed at the final stage of the air supply system, featuring low initial resistance, high dust-holding capacity, high filtration efficiency, long lifespan, and easy replacement. |
Note: Custom non-standard products can be made according to customer requirements. |
